We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT Operations team at Harbinger Motors. As a rapidly growing organization, we operate in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential. You bring a “can-do” mentality, personal grit, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure systems run smoothly and users feel supported. Core working hours for this role is 11am-8pm.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and optimize JumpCloud (directory services, device management, policy enforcement, MFA, SSO)
Action user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access changes) with a security-first mindset
Administer and support Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and Zoom
Administer SaaS permissions, groups, and integrations to enforce least-privilege access
Deploy and maintain Action1 for patching, monitoring, and endpoint compliance
Support macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints
Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, including Neat equipment, Zoom Rooms, company all hands equipment (audio mixer, microphones, PTZ camera)
Ensure conference rooms work before the meeting starts
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and system integrations
Leverage APIs to streamline workflows across platforms
Document systems, configurations, and processes clearly
Provide Tier 2 technical support across hardware, software, and identity systems
Requirements:
Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and JumpCloud
Experience with Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Zoom administration
Experience with endpoint management and patching tools (Action1 preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills across SaaS, identity, networking, and endpoints
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Ability to support macOS, Windows, and Linux environments
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally
Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
Nice to have:
JumpCloud certifications
Strong Linux administration experience
PowerShell scripting experience
Experience working with APIs and system integrations
