Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IS Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy across our critical IT categories (Software, SaaS, IT Services, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications).

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end IS Sourcing activities for assigned requests, ensuring alignment with business needs and sourcing policies
  • Define and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies across multiple IS categories: (IT Services, Software & SaaS, Infrastructure & Hardware, Telecommunications and Print Services)
  • Manage sourcing events from requirement gathering through to contract finalization
  • Lead commercial and legal negotiations for IS sourcing contracts typically ranging from $25K to $500K
  • Execute RFQs/RFPs and negotiate contracts up to $2M
  • Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation for allocated contracts
  • Facilitate contract lifecycle activities including change requests, amendments, renewals, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and metadata in the contract management system
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (Legal, Tax, Security, Data Protection, Finance, AI)
  • Lead meetings and negotiations with stakeholders & vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IS Sourcing, Procurement
  • Proven track record in commercial and legal negotiations, especially with large IT suppliers
  • Strong understanding of contracting processes and IT sourcing categories
  • Experience working within European markets is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • additional European languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making ability, and strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global, matrixed organization
