Job Description:

Coherent Solutions is looking for a talented and passionate individual who loves to search and find IT specialists to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

Search for IT specialists worldwide using creative approaches and modern tools
Maintain and expand our internal candidate database
Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy
Communicate with candidates to build trust and professional relationships
Conduct initial video calls and deliver high-level presentations about the company
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve common goals
Analyze labor market trends and explore new candidate sources across different countries
Solve any informational requests using internet resources
Continuously learn and improve your sourcing and IT recruitment skills

Requirements:

A graduate or a final-year student
A confident PC user (Word, Excel)
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Knowledge of Russian language at conversational level
A basic understanding of the IT market and roles
Experience or knowledge in sourcing (courses are welcome too)
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Proactive
Friendly and open to new knowledge
