Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking IT Solutions Architect to join our organization during a period of expansion and transformation. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and acquisition-led integration. The role combines solution architecture leadership with hands-on technical execution, ensuring successful delivery across infrastructure, systems, integrations, and technology environments. This role will also play a key part in technology due diligence, system evaluation, and integration of acquired businesses into the organization's technology landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient IT solutions aligned to business and integration objectives
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and technology strategies
  • Conduct technology assessments and due diligence for acquired businesses
  • Evaluate existing systems, infrastructure, applications, and technology risks during integrations
  • Ensure systems and architecture are future-proofed to support organizational growth and acquisitions
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and improvements
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across infrastructure, networking, cloud, servers, and applications
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex technical issues across integration and operational environments
  • Support configuration, deployment, migration, optimization, and troubleshooting activities where required
  • Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful solution delivery

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or senior technical lead
  • Strong hands-on experience across systems integration, infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
  • Experience in business integration, transformation, or acquisition-led environments advantageous
  • Strong understanding of scalability, resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS advantageous
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and governance practices
