As IT Solution Architect you are the thought leader in creating seamlessly integrated software solutions. You support our business in translating business and technical requirements to integrated application platforms. We are looking for someone who is able to take ownership to conceptualizing and describing in detail application solutions and our evolving application landscape. In this role you will report to the Head of IT Portfolio and Project Management. You will be advisor in our European region. You will be in touch with various and diverse stakeholders on different levels within our company.
Job Responsibility:
Follow trends and developments with regards to our IT ecosystem and disruptive technologies
Translate trends and developments in recommendations on properly maintaining and improving our landscape
Lead in defining and documenting architectural principles and guidelines
Ensure proper documentation of our application landscape and solutions
Act as an internal consultant to support the translation of business, regulatory and technical requirements to (domain) solutions and our (integrated) application landscape
Be the guardian of standardization and operational excellence in technology as this best meets our business model
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 5 years of working experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
Experience with the latest SAP Technologies
Experience with Cloud Technologies such as: AWS, Azure or GCP
Experience with low code platforms (like Mendix)
Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (like LeanIX)
Excellent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and communication skills
Easily able to create documents to explain and detail technological developments, application landscape, and solution designs
Enjoy both working independently as well as being part of a team
