Job Description

We are seeking an IT Site Support Specialist/Junior Infrastructure Administrator to support our local environment. Responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT operations, systems, network, and handling user support tickets.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle IT trouble tickets (Level I/II) - track and resolve
  • Provide Windows Desktop support
  • Support Active Directory (Level I/II) - Access Controls, Group Membership, Security
  • Assist with Microsoft Exchange (Level I/II) - user management
  • Microsoft 365 support, including Teams calling
  • Troubleshoot File & Print Servers
  • Manage software repository and deployment (Windows Deployment Services)
  • Deploy hardware (computers, printers, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot workstations and third-party applications
  • Maintain IT asset register
  • Develop and organize technical documentation
  • Manage network cabling/patching
  • Participate in IT Projects
  • Deliver end user technical training as needed
  • Provide backup support for site-based IT team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with technologies including MS Windows 10-11, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and MS InTune MDM
  • Proven experience with hands-on IT skills including Break Fix, Hardware & Software Installation, Desktop Hardware, Hardware Troubleshooting, Basic Network Troubleshooting
  • Comptia A+ or similar certifications are desired
  • Strong self-starter with initiative and proactive behavior
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
