We are seeking an IT Site Support Specialist/Junior Infrastructure Administrator to support our local environment. Responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT operations, systems, network, and handling user support tickets.
Job Responsibility:
Handle IT trouble tickets (Level I/II) - track and resolve
Provide Windows Desktop support
Support Active Directory (Level I/II) - Access Controls, Group Membership, Security
Assist with Microsoft Exchange (Level I/II) - user management
Microsoft 365 support, including Teams calling
Troubleshoot File & Print Servers
Manage software repository and deployment (Windows Deployment Services)
Deploy hardware (computers, printers, etc.)
Troubleshoot workstations and third-party applications
Maintain IT asset register
Develop and organize technical documentation
Manage network cabling/patching
Participate in IT Projects
Deliver end user technical training as needed
Provide backup support for site-based IT team members
Requirements:
3+ years of prior IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
Familiarity with technologies including MS Windows 10-11, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and MS InTune MDM
Proven experience with hands-on IT skills including Break Fix, Hardware & Software Installation, Desktop Hardware, Hardware Troubleshooting, Basic Network Troubleshooting
Comptia A+ or similar certifications are desired
Strong self-starter with initiative and proactive behavior
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
