Job Responsibility:
User Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance to users on-site, over the phone, or via remote connection tools
Hardware Lifecycle: Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of essential equipment, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones
Peripherals & Meetings: Handle the setup and troubleshooting of printers and scanners, while ensuring all meeting room technology functions flawlessly
System Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical faults within the user environment to ensure seamless daily operations
Office Logistics: Coordinate user relocations by disconnecting, reconnecting, and verifying the successful operation of all IT equipment
Requirements:
A degree in Information Technology or a related field, such as IEK, TEI, or AEI
At least 2 years of proven experience in technical support and product maintenance
Strong knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and the M365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office
Solid understanding of PC hardware repair and basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a collaborative team spirit
Possession of a valid driver’s license (car or motorcycle)
