IT Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for 2 IT Help desk consultants for a fulltime position based in Sydney. This role will see you working as part of a cohesive, collaborative and growing team, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires someone with previous IT support experience, with strong skills working across microsoft technologies (Office, windows, active directory etc). This role is heavily customer focused, so having a strong phone presence is required. This position is open to people with 1-2 years experience providing L1 support as well as more experienced consultants.
