We are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in the Dublin office. As part of the role you will be owning IT support in our Dublin Head office as your base work location, along with our providing support for our wider business. Providing face to face support, using your problem solving ability and providing a timely resolution to IT incidents via our ITSM tool. You will also be responsible for assetizing, configuring and preparing hardware and software instillations for our end users efficiently. Along with creating and updating any technical documentation and sharing with the team. In line with this you will also deliver exceptional end user service via our telephony and ticketing systems. This role is based in our Dublin office, Monday to Friday, working shifts where required.
Job Responsibility:
Owning IT support in our Dublin Head office as your base work location
Providing support for our wider business
Providing face to face support, using your problem solving ability and providing a timely resolution to IT incidents via our ITSM tool
Assetizing, configuring and preparing hardware and software installations for our end users efficiently
Creating and updating any technical documentation and sharing with the team
Delivering exceptional end user service via our telephony and ticketing systems
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT Support role
Can work proactively, independently and collaborate well with the wider teams
Able to effectively troubleshoot issues and use initiative during problem solving
A team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Be positive, friendly and approachable
Experience with face-to-face IT support
Customer focused and Resolution driven.
