We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Service Acceptance Team Member to manage the patching process for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Business Intelligence (BI) systems, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components. The role involves defining patching scope, coordinating with teams, handling change requests, supporting post-patching issues, and ensuring compliance with approval processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Patching Management – Define scope, develop patching plans, and ensure approvals
  • Impact Assessment & Testing – Conduct assessments, collaborate with testing teams, and review non-functional testing results
  • Change Management & Compliance – Handle change requests, approvals, and stakeholder communication
  • Post-Patching Support – Provide four weeks of issue resolution support
  • Disaster Recovery – Oversee DR planning, testing, and reporting
  • Technical Expertise – Work with Oracle Fusion & EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, PO), SQL, and database compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, EBS, BI, OCI, SQL, and patching processes
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion & EBS architecture, change management, and troubleshooting
  • Project management & problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Disaster recovery & compliance expertise
