Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level IT Security & Network Engineer with proven experience in multi-site enterprise environments supporting 1,000+ users. This role will lead vulnerability management efforts, own incident response processes, and strengthen enterprise-wide security controls across a distributed infrastructure. This is not a purely strategic or oversight role, we are looking for a hands-on technical contributor who can assess, implement, and remediate.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and execute enterprise vulnerability management program (scanning, remediation tracking, reporting, risk prioritization)
  • Own and coordinate incident response lifecycle (detection, containment, eradication, recovery, post-mortem)
  • Manage and secure multi-site network infrastructure
  • Harden endpoints, servers, firewalls, and cloud-connected systems
  • Partner with IT operations to enforce security best practices
  • Support audits, compliance initiatives, and documentation requirements
  • Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance where needed

Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT security / network security roles
  • Experience supporting 1,000+ employees/users
  • Proven background in multi-site enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Vulnerability management platforms
  • Incident response processes
  • Firewall administration and network segmentation
  • Endpoint security tools
  • SIEM monitoring and log analysis
  • Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, CA 4 days per week
