Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively. We’re looking for an IT Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of secure IT systems for our global remote/hybrid workforce. • Oversee end-user computing: device management, onboarding/offboarding, patching, and MDM policies (macOS + Windows)
  • Manage internal applications security and configuration (Netsuite, Salesforce, Rippling, Office365)
  • Ensure SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, and SOX compliance across IT operations
  • Oversee HelpDesk processes, secure incident handling, and ITSM workflows
  • Implement and manage Zero Trust access, DLP policies, laptop backups, and SSO enforcement
  • Maintain secure credential and secrets management processes
  • Partner with Security, Engineering, Compliance, and PeopleOps teams on audits, improvements, and governance

Requirements

  • 8+ years in IT engineering, with strong experience in security, identity, and endpoint architecture
  • Expertise in Zero Trust, DLP, SSO/identity governance, device management, and endpoint hardening
  • Strong understanding of SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, GDPR
  • Hands-on experience supporting global remote teams
  • Solid knowledge of Windows + macOS fleet management
  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, consulting, or high-growth environments
  • Exposure to SIEM/EDR tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk)
  • Experience leading SOC2 readiness or audit processes
  • Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

What we offer

  • Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation
  • Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures
  • Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards
