Job Description

IT Salesforce Solutions Specialist role at SIG, a leading provider of packaging systems and solutions. The role involves supporting CRM business processes, administering and improving the Salesforce implementation, and working in a global organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Offer the necessary support to run and improve CRM business processes in the area of Pre-Sales and After-Sales, including second level support for the CRM Salesforce solution (business and IT), as well as interfaces to other systems like SAP, QlikView, Active Directory, and manual uploads
  • Ensure that SIG's Salesforce implementation is optimized based on the business needs, is secure and reliable, and is being used effectively by all user groups
  • Work with the Global Business Development and Market Analytics Team & Salesforce Champions to establish and maintain a prioritized backlog
  • Lead and facilitate project workshops, engaging stakeholders, subject matter experts, and attendees at all levels
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down high-level information into details: Write user stories and acceptance criteria to communicate the requirements identified
  • Continuously drive process enhancement by identifying key opportunities for improvement, measuring process performance, and monitoring progress using key metrics
  • Responsible for the administration process, setting up and maintaining governance structures, documentation and best practices
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, including day-to-day support, the creation and delivery of training materials, demo-ing new features, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Manage Salesforce data, including importing, exporting and mass updating of data and monitor/adjust current interfaces
  • Make Salesforce configuration changes & custom implementations, including (but not limited to) flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports, approval processes, SSO and User Provisioning
  • Continuously maintain and improve CRM processes and their representation in Salesforce
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and techniques or best practices from the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor University degree (IT, Technical or comparable)
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT field
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Platform App Builder and Advanced Administrator certifications would be a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL service management ticket tools
  • Fluency in English and effective verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capability to work with business processes and IT processes across different locations in a global organization
