Job Responsibility:
Identify and source potential new customers in the IT outsourcing market mainly with Japanese speaking customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling strategies
Serve as a liaison between customers and the project team to ensure seamless communication and project execution
Lead the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
Provide ongoing support to customers during project implementation
Manage and oversee contract execution and compliance
Continuously enhance your knowledge of information technology and industry trends
Contribute to building a strong and dynamic sales team by mentoring and supporting team members
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the IT outsourcing field, with roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Manager
N1/N2 or equivalent ability in Japanese communication (Japanese company experience is preferable)
Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales achievements
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Master’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of IT products and services
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Professional and approachable demeanor
Proficiency in computer systems and office software
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales and commission targets
