We are looking for a sales-driven recruiter to assist with our IT contract staffing business needs to join our team! This is a high-impact role designed for a recruiter who thrives on business development and client acquisition. The primary focus is on Business Development and Account Management, leveraging your existing network to bring in new contract vacancies in the South East Asia region. The remaining focuses on managing post-placement success and delivery assurance, where you will proactively support clients’ projects, identify additional needs to secure delivery against project timelines, and ensure candidates placed continue to delivery high-quality services. We are looking for a "hunter" mindset with the technical discipline to execute.
Job Responsibility:
Secure new business opportunities through your existing network, cold outreach, and referrals
Bring and develop an active client portfolio in the IT/Technology sector
Manage the full client relationship, from initial intake and fee negotiation to long-term account expansion
Partner with K2 leadership to identify high-growth sectors
Take full accountability for personal billing targets and sales KPIs
Work closely with the dedicated resourcing team who focuses on identifying, sourcing, and pre-screening candidates for the vacancies you secure
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including securing new accounts, technical/behavioral interviews, and offer management
Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to ensure rapid fulfillment of the vacancies you bring in
Ensure and maintain a premium, consultative experience for all clients
Maintain accurate sales and recruitment activity tracking in ATS systems
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a recruiter/sales in the IT industry
Solid experience in negotiation, pitching services, and closing contracts
Solid background in IT delivery, as well as client relationship management
Nice to have:
Experience in SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services
