We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing company specialising in IT product and service sales. Job Responsibility:
Carrying out outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients
Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assessing their suitability
Arranging meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects
Maintaining and updating the HubSpot CRM with accurate lead information and activity notes
Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Keeping up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and company offerings
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the IT / SaaS industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently engage with prospects
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software (or similar) for efficient lead tracking and management
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
