Job Description:

The IT Risk & Control Analyst will support risk assessments, self-assessments, and workshops across processes and technologies, while contributing to improving risk management frameworks and advising business teams on risks and controls.

Job Responsibility:

Support risk assessments and workshops across processes, technologies, applications, and projects
Assist in executing the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) plan and document mitigation or acceptance strategies
Advise the business on risk and control matters, ensuring a balanced risk-reward approach
Promote risk awareness through training and contribute to improving risk management processes and frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the IT Risk Management Program

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in IT Risk, Compliance, or Audit
Strong understanding of IT controls and risk management
Effective communicator with good relationship-building and decision-making skills
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities

Nice to have:

Experience in insurance, pensions, or financial services industry
Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, CISA)
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Automate
Proven success in risk management and familiarity with best practices
