As a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier IT talent, helping us build an exceptional workforce that drives AI innovation. Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and AI-powered recruitment tools to attract top-tier candidates
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth assessments of applicants technical competencies and cultural alignment with Nuacem AI
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create hiring strategies, and ensure seamless hiring experiences
Employer Branding & Outreach: Enhance Nuacem AIs employer brand by engaging with universities, participating in job fairs, and building online recruitment presence
Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain accurate records, generate insights from recruitment metrics, and continuously refine hiring strategies
Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to hiring policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring best practices
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in IT recruitment, preferably in AI, machine learning, SaaS, or related technology sectors
Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, and software development roles to effectively screen and assess candidates
Strong ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with potential candidates
Expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and AI-powered recruitment software
Ability to assess hiring trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven recruitment decisions
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
