We are looking for a proactive and confident IT Recruiter to join our partner in the aviation industry for 32 hours per week. In this role, you will be the driving force behind hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers while helping the company scale the technical teams.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from intake meetings to onboarding support
Create and update job postings on various platforms and promote open positions
Proactively source suitable candidates using LinkedIn and other channels, managing applications
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including profile reviews and initial interviews
Administer and manage the employee referral system, including tracking bonuses
Organize and coordinate all stages of interviews, ensuring smooth communication
Manage candidate feedback, rejections, and maintain up-to-date status trackers
Act as a liaison between recruitment agencies and hiring managers
Propose and implement improvements to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency
Prepare weekly status reports and present in team meetings
Conduct name and background checks and prepare offers for selected candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field with exposure to recruitment
End-to-end recruitment experience, ideally for IT roles
Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Experience working in a high-paced growth environment or a large enterprise is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
