About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and candidates.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles across various technologies and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of technical skillsets, IT roles, and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for niche or senior IT roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices
