For our client, a leading provider of digital engineering services, we are looking for a driven and dynamic IT Recruiter to join their team in Cracow office and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for external clients across a variety of IT and technology projects.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding)
Partner closely with external clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team structures
Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, boolean search) to attract top IT talent in Poland and other EU regions
Conduct initial screening and technical assessments in coordination with hiring teams
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles (e.g., Backend Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.)
Coordinate interview processes, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure timely closure of open positions
Support clients in offer preparation and candidate closing strategies
Maintain and update recruitment systems and documentation
Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology stacks
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for external clients or consulting firms
Proven track record in end-to-end hiring across multiple IT roles and technologies
Familiarity with common IT stacks: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc.
Strong understanding of the Polish tech market and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, GitHub, StackOverflow)
Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Polish Native
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
