About the role. You will: Administrate recruitment processes (maintaining the candidates database, scheduling interviews, submitting job offers, preparing and posting job ads). Source new candidates with the use of different channels including Linkedin direct search. Apply creative and out-of-the-box thinking when conducting candidate searches. Cooperate with managers and other team members to maximize recruitment efforts and develop sourcing strategies. Propose improvements for the recruitment process and participate in their implementation. Cooperate closely with other teams (staffing, employer branding) and internal competencies.

Requirements:
Have at least 4 years of experience in the recruitment area in international company in IT sector
Able to maintain good quality in communication and building relationship with candidates during the process
Have a good eye for attention to detail especially in terms of maintaining data quality in ATS system
Be able to work under time pressure, multitask and prioritise
Have an excellent command of English and Polish
Have an excellent ability to organise and manage own tasks
Nice to have:
Experience in conducting recruitment on different markets e.g. Europe, US, UK, Japan, Australia
Being up to date with current trends on the market
Familiarity with the insurance sector and its talent market
