We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified IT professionals while meeting monthly hiring targets and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms
Evaluate technical and interpersonal skills to ensure an ideal fit for client needs
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures
Achieve a minimum target of 2 joiners per month
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, hiring data, and performance metrics
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field
3–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate)
Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS tools
Ability to work independently and meet hiring target
Must be able to join within 30 days (LWD within 30 days)
Willing to accept 70% base + 30% PLI + commissions
Bangalore-based and open to visiting the client office twice a week
Must provide current salary proof and proof of commissions earned based on past achievements
Must submit two reference letters from previous employers or clients
