We are looking for a Recruiter to join a close-knit, professional, and positive team of 2 (HR Business Partner). As an IT Recruiter at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and retaining top talent by fostering and strengthening relationships with candidates. You’ll understand their individual needs, provide them with tailored career solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the exceptional service candidates expect from Sopra Steria. Staying informed of industry trends, managing timelines, and answering candidate inquiries with confident communication and technical knowledge will be your day-to-day responsibilities as an IT Recruiter. You’ll be mindful of opportunities for development and retention while building long-term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and professional success.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience
French and English required
Strong skills in sourcing and in the use of recruitment tools (online and in-house)
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate recruitment processes, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for continuous improvement and the development of innovative HR practices
