Your mission is to attract, engage, and retain top-tier tech talent, helping us grow and fidelize our freeworker community while redefining how companies build teams.
Job Responsibility:
Actively source, attract, and interview tech talent, with a strong focus on quality and long-term fit
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter at an expert level to identify, engage, and convert top tech profiles
Communicate and sell Shakers’ value proposition to candidates
Build and maintain high-touch relationships with both active and passive candidates
Own the acquisition of high-quality product & technology profiles for the Shakers community
Manage candidate expectations while aligning them with Shakers’ vision and opportunities
Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, presentations, and outward-facing content
Stay on top of market trends, recruitment strategies, and new sourcing techniques
Attend and help design strategies for events where our target talent is present
Analyze data, forecast talent needs, and optimize the recruitment funnel
Use funnel metrics to drive decisions, propose improvements, and ensure continuous optimization
Lead, train, and support recruitment efforts to consistently achieve ambitious goals
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience recruiting tech profiles
High expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
Strong understanding of the IT & tech ecosystem, technologies, and roles
Excel at presenting value propositions, validating profiles, negotiating, and closing top candidates
Thrive in fast-changing environments and operate with a strong sense of urgency
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
Experience managing or mentoring technical recruitment teams
