Job Description:

The IT Quality Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role requiring in-depth disciplinary knowledge and contributing to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflows within their area of expertise. The role involves significant initiative and decision-making to evaluate complex and variable issues while ensuring compliance with standards, maintaining teamwork, and acting as a leader or mentor for junior staff. Additionally, there is a focus on User Acceptance Testing, product rollout, and ensuring conformance with documentation and processes.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production
conducting complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments
ensuring project standards and procedures exist, are fully/clearly documented and followed
monitoring products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures
identifying risks and recommending solutions
documenting findings and performing root cause analyses
exhibiting sound understanding of concepts and principles in own technical area
acting as advisor and mentor for junior team members
ensuring all corrective actions are assigned, documented, and completed
verifying traceability in project work products
gathering, maintaining, and creating reports on quality metrics
managing compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

5-8 years experience in an IT Quality role
demonstrated execution capabilities
development experience in a fast-paced, time-to-market driven environment
experience with test automation, test scenario and test scripts creation and modification
comfortable with writing complex queries
experience with reporting tools
hands on experience with testing automation tools
project management experience preferred
