The IT Quality Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact
  • Involved in coaching and training of new recruits
  • Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization

Requirements:

  • Overall testing experience - 9yrs-14yrs
  • BDD - mandatory (expert)
  • Gluecode (java)
  • Strong in coding
  • Sql and unix - mandatory
  • FIX protocol - intermediate - expert
  • Testing in agile is preferred
  • Front office / Middle Office experience - highly preferred
  • Front end, Back end and DB testing experience
  • Good with testing processes in Agile and Waterfall SDLC
  • Excellent in Software Quality Assurance methodologies, process and best practices along with strong understanding of current application development technology
  • Expert in test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies
  • Good in requirement analysis and test scenario derivation
  • Experience in conducting RCA
  • Investment banking testing experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication
  • Experience using Jira
  • Good attitude and aptitude
  • 4+ yrs experience in Automation
  • Strong experience in test automation using Java, Selenium and Cucumber
  • Good experience/knowledge in SQL
  • Good experience/knowledge in Unix
  • Knowledge and understanding of CI/CD

  • Experience with onboarding new application from scratch and implementing qa processes
