We are seeking a highly motivated IT Quality Senior Analyst to strengthen our Quality Assurance capability within the Digital Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone with solid QA experience, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for building high‑quality, reliable solutions. You will work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure that changes meet expectations and adhere to QA best practices. While prior experience with low‑code platforms such as KNIME is beneficial, we welcome QA specialists from a broad range of technology backgrounds.
Job Responsibility:
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements
Perform end‑to‑end testing across workflow‑based automation solutions and data‑processing components
Coordinate defect reporting, triage, and re‑testing in collaboration with development teams
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of regression test suites
Support QA process improvements and help strengthen team‑wide QA discipline
Work with CI/CD and versioning processes to ensure proper promotion and validation of releases
Collaborate with development and release teams to ensure high‑quality deployments and smooth production transitions
Stay open to learning modern QA tools, automation tooling, and AI‑assisted testing practices
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or related technology roles
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and defect lifecycle management
Hands‑on experience designing and executing test cases in structured environments
Fluency in English
Familiarity with QA automation frameworks, even at beginner level (e.g., writing simple test scripts, using no‑code/low‑code automation tools)
Literacy in Python, Java, or similar languages for understanding test automation or validating logic (coding not required)
Understanding of Linux fundamentals and command‑line usage
Literacy in AI development or AI‑testing tools (e.g., experimenting with LLMs, small personal AI projects, interest in AI‑assisted testing). Enthusiast‑level / hobby experience is welcome.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand how systems behave end‑to‑end
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑coordination skill
Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through with high attention to detail
Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to support teammates and take on varied challenges
Nice to have:
Experience with KNIME or other workflow‑based / low‑code platforms
Experience with Zephyr or similar test‑management solutions
Exposure to financial‑services environments or regulated IT practices
