Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned professional with PM Oversight or Program/Portfolio Management experience within Technology, Banking, or Consultancy industries. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, liaising with different teams, and ensuring a culture of best practices in SDLC. Candidate must exhibit strong leadership and technical skills.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate across a team of PM’s & PMOs to ensure delivery of projects in accordance with Citi’s SDLC procedures which include many regulatory and compliance mandates
project coordination for several areas within regulatory projects portfolio
assist technology leads and project managers in managing a large portfolio of programs and projects
enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology group
maintain existing departmental and Project Office policies and procedures
liaise with a range of teams from COO, Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, and Management Office team
provide insightful financial and business analyses and develop senior management reports
define and track key operational/program metrics and help drive business decisions to achieve goals
utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards
communicate issues, risks, and progress on complex processes to multiple stakeholders
self-initiate, work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple concurrent projects
structure, summarize, defend and present recommendation with confidence

Requirements:

6-10 years of proven track record of PM Oversight or Program/Portfolio Management within the Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry
excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
ability to prioritize tasks, work within deadlines, paying close attention to details
highly responsive to spontaneous requests
ability to coach and mentor junior associates
strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies
strong mix of analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
PMP or similar project management certification preferred
expert level experience with SDLC processes – Agile/Waterfall methodology
expertise in managing projects, tasks, workflow and reporting in Jira
comfortable using PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity etc.
experience with Senior stakeholder engagement, presentation and delivery
strong listening, presentation, communication, and influencing skills
strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting
highly motivated and self-directed
exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills
strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
PMP or similar project management certification preferred
expert level experience with SDLC processes – Agile/Waterfall methodology
comfortable using PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity etc.
