Job Description:

The IT Project Tech Lead is a strategic professional role responsible for developing advanced IT work plans, driving process improvements, influencing strategic functional decisions, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules
Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects
Recommends and oversees process improvements
Evaluates complex business processes, system processes and industry standards
Provides advice and expertise in IT project leadership
Acts as advisor or coach to lower-level analysts
Provides in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Persuades and influences others through sophisticated communication and diplomacy skills

Requirements:

6-10 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
Developed communication and diplomacy skills
Expertise in IT project leadership
Knowledge of business processes and industry standards
Risk assessment and compliance knowledge
