IT Project Tech Lead

• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
• Interface with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects
• Recommend and oversee process improvements
• Provide expertise in area and advanced understanding of IT project leadership principles
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• 6+ years experience in a related technology role
• Subject matter expert in overall field
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Potentially Master's degree
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills
• Advanced level of understanding of IT project leadership principles
• Comprehensive understanding of how different areas integrate to achieve business objectives
