Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned professional with project management experience and SDLC expertise to lead and coordinate technology projects within Citi. This role involves collaboration, mentorship, and maintaining best practices while managing tasks across multiple teams in a hybrid work setting.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate across a team of PM’s & PMOs to ensure delivery of projects in accordance with Citi’s SDLC procedures including regulatory and compliance mandates
project coordination for several areas within regulatory projects portfolio
assist technology leads and project managers in managing a large portfolio of programs and projects
enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology group
maintain existing departmental and Project Office policies and procedures
liaise with a range of teams from COO, Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, and Management Office team to track key operational/program metrics and help drive business decisions
utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for effective reporting and documentation
communicate issues, risks and progress on complex processes to multiple stakeholders
work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple projects

Requirements:

6-10 years of proven track record of PM Oversight or Program/Portfolio Management within the Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry
excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
ability to prioritize tasks, work within deadlines, taking a pragmatic and considered approach, paying close attention to details and being highly responsive to spontaneous requests
strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies with a strong mix of analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
PMP or similar project management certification preferred
expert level experience with SDLC processes – Agile/Waterfall methodology
expert level experience with managing projects, tasks, workflow and reporting in Jira
experience with Senior stakeholder engagement, presentation and delivery
strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
