Job Responsibility:
Manage communications and relationships with key business and technology stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and deliverables across multiple IT initiatives
Oversee the full lifecycle of project requirements and artifacts through JIRA, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Citi’s Program Tracking System (PTS), ensuring transparency, traceability, and governance
Develop and manage detailed project plans spanning cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external resources to deliver complex technology solutions within defined scope, schedule, and budget
Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Risk & Compliance, and Engineering teams to align project execution with enterprise policies and regulatory standards
Lead Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, facilitating sprints, retrospectives, and progress tracking to drive consistent delivery
Drive the cross-functional DevOps and CI/CD initiatives by coordinating development and infrastructure teams, optimizing build and release using Ansible, Terraform and scripting tools and deployment pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and Git workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality software delivery through proactive timeline and risk management, while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and compliance
Requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field and 4 years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Software Engineer or related position involving IT project management
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience
Full span of experience must include: Enterprise Resource Planning, including enabling centralized data management, project planning and scheduling, and budgeting
Software project management, including developing project management plans, budget estimation, scoping, stakeholder management, project lifecycle, risk management and negotiations
Global innovation Management and Total Quality Management, including conducting root cause analysis and adopting quality assurance and testing practices
Leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects in a financial enterprise environment
Managing cross-functional teams in executing large-scale application releases, infrastructure upgrades and production deployments
Managing sprint-based project delivery via planning, coordinating and monitoring project progress using JIRA, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Serving as primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and senior executives
Overseeing the integration of automated testing tools, including Junit, Selenium and Postman
Validating budgets, managing change requests and ensuring project governance across multiple workstreams
Acting as Scrum Master for Agile projects
Using CI/CD automation tools, including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, SVN, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform
