Job Description:

The IT Project Senior Tech Lead role at Citi involves providing strategic IT direction, team and resource management, risk assessment, and compliance adherence. You will influence business outcomes, communicate with senior leaders, and contribute to technical strategies. The role requires expertise in IT project leadership, communication, and a client-focused approach

Job Responsibility:

Provides IT strategic direction for projects
develops work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans
influences team budget, policy, and planning
evaluates complex business and system processes
demonstrates advanced understanding of IT project leadership principles
communicates with internal and external senior leaders
allocates resources within a team/project
advises or coaches lower-level analysts
assesses risks and ensures compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

10+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
expertise in IT project management
excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills
ability to provide innovative solutions
understanding of client core business functions
leadership and resource management capabilities
compliance and risk assessment considerations
