Job Description:

The IT Project Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role responsible for coordinating activities of the project team, ensuring compliance with standards, resolving project risks, and contributing to planning and resource management. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and risk management skills, along with understanding of IT leadership concepts. Adherence to laws, rules, and ethical practices is critical.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinates activities of the project team and develops schedules to meet deadlines
Verifies adherence to control, risk implementations, and standards
Determines scope and impact of project risks and resolves issues
Applies understanding of IT project leadership concepts to resolve issues
Provides evaluative judgment and influences planning and procedures
Persuades and influences others using communication and diplomacy skills
Ensures compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication and diplomacy skills
Good analytical skills
Understanding of concepts and procedures in IT project leadership
Ability to assess risk and demonstrate ethical judgment
Adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.
