Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Reviews At Citi intakes and PTS UAT cycles in collaboration with the ETR team for the entire Org PMO and its functions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will serve as a Project Manager for the RPA solutions being developed by our team and will participate in system control discussions related to all aspects of Control Effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BA-related enhancements in Reviews At Citi (RAC) and Project Tracking System (PTS)
act as the primary point of contact in Org PMO for all PTS-related questions tied to procedures, UAT, and enhancements
drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners
conduct and manage UAT testing for BA requirements with cross-enterprise stakeholders
evaluate potential systemic solutions to improve user experience, data capture, and prevent issue recurrence for ETR products
lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives
utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions
provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
make a considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a related technology role
subject matter expert in the overall field
proven experience as a PM with PTS and Investment
experience with I@C, PTS, enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr)
business intelligence tools such as Tableau
experience with low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau
strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
experience working in a banking or regulatory environment
superior oral and written communication skills
strong problem-solving skills
5+ years of Program and Project Management experience
ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
proven ability to lead through influence
ability to work independently in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment

Nice to have:

Experience with low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau
willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
