Job Description:

The IT Project Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinates activities of the project team
Identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines
Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations
Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues
Raises and resolves issues
Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information
Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results
Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in an IT project leadership role
Commensurate people management experience
At least 1 certification in project management
Good presentation & communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Advanced Jira skills
Able to run a scrum team and manage their work in Jira
Good understanding of development to release cycles
Previous experience of working directly with developers
Advanced project management knowledge & skills
Extensive Technology PMO experience
Good knowledge of Capital Markets
Experience with creation of Tableau Dashboards
Experience in Planview, Clarity or another EPM
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences, IT and/or related subjects

Nice to have:

PMP preferred
CAPM candidates will also be considered
Previous experience of working directly with developers is desired
