Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate internal moves within the site
  • Collaborate with local departments such as CRS and GST, HRSS, CSIS etc. as required
  • Attend weekly CSC Budapest Function Heads meeting
  • Serve as Single Point of Contact in case of emergencies
  • Appoint department Fire wardens when needed
  • Keep direct managers informed about local regulations and updates
  • Management of people duties including budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring and disciplinary action
  • Responsible for career development of team members
  • Lead effort to increased automation
  • Identify key quality and control risks in projects
  • Provide technology with ongoing monitoring of compliance and quality status
  • Provide quantitative measures and qualitative observations
  • Contribute to enhancement of team's toolset
  • Liaise with technology management organization highlighting areas of risk

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience
  • Analytical / Reporting skills recommended
  • PMO experience with governance and oversight
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
