Job Responsibility:

Coordinate internal moves within the site
Collaborate with local departments such as CRS and GST, HRSS, CSIS etc. as required
Attend weekly CSC Budapest Function Heads meeting
Serve as Single Point of Contact in case of emergencies
Appoint department Fire wardens when needed
Keep direct managers informed about local regulations and updates
Management of people duties including budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring and disciplinary action
Responsible for career development of team members
Lead effort to increased automation
Identify key quality and control risks in projects
Provide technology with ongoing monitoring of compliance and quality status
Provide quantitative measures and qualitative observations
Contribute to enhancement of team's toolset
Liaise with technology management organization highlighting areas of risk

Requirements:

10+ years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience
Analytical / Reporting skills recommended
PMO experience with governance and oversight
Experience leading and managing a team
Fluency in English is mandatory
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
