IT Project Owner

• Lead project teams, identify resource needs, and develop schedules to ensure on-time project delivery
• Understand both local and global needs within the specific domain, ensuring alignment on strategy across teams
• Define, document, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to assess impact
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks and issues, minimizing potential impact
• Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions within IT Project Leadership, directly impacting business outcomes
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating effectively with both internal and potentially external stakeholders
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, acting as a mentor and advisor to junior analysts
• Utilize sophisticated analytical and interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Appropriately assess and consider risks when making business decisions

• Proven experience and subject matter expertise within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain
• 5+ years of experience in defining and implementing technology solutions within a GRC context
• Prior experience with Open Pages software is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Highly self-motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed and deliver results
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and progress towards a leadership role within the company
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
