Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Office PMO to support governance, reporting, and coordination across a global portfolio of IT projects and services. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring consistency, visibility, and structure across multiple teams and countries, supporting data-driven decision-making and organizational performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Support project governance and ensure alignment with PMO standards and processes
  • Contribute to portfolio-level monitoring and reporting across IT projects
  • Consolidate and maintain project data across multiple initiatives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for project tracking
  • Provide visibility on cross-project dependencies, risks, and performance
  • Support planning, prioritization, and portfolio management activities
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and sources
  • Maintain and improve PMO tools, trackers, and documentation
  • Contribute to the standardization of processes, tools, and governance practices
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide insights and updates

Requirements

  • Experience working in a PMO or Project Office environment
  • Strong Excel skills (data consolidation, dashboards, reporting)
  • Knowledge of project portfolio management (PPM) practices
  • Familiarity with IT environments and multi-project setups
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical and structuring capabilities
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate in a transversal, multi-team environment
  • Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in PMO, Project Office, or portfolio management
  • English (professional level)
  • French is a plus
