Our client, an international organization operating in the life sciences and specialized nutrition sector, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support the deployment of commercial technologies across European markets. In this role, you will lead end-to-end IT deployment projects, coordinating the rollout of global digital solutions to local business units. One of the first initiatives will involve the implementation of a CRM solution for medical representatives, starting with one of european countries and expanding to additional ones. Over time, the role will also support other commercial technology initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement with healthcare professionals. This position sits at the intersection of technology delivery, business transformation, and change management, requiring close collaboration with global product teams as well as local business stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT deployment projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support
Prepare and manage deployment plans, project timelines, and governance structures
Coordinate the rollout of global digital solutions across local markets in Europe
Collaborate with global product teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders across multiple countries
Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests
Ensure smooth deployment, cutover, and hypercare phases
Support business adoption and drive effective change management during implementations
Coordinate activities with local teams and external partners involved in deployments
Provide clear project updates, reporting, and status communication to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in IT project management
Experience managing complex system implementations or rollouts in international environments
Familiarity with commercial or customer-related technologies, such as CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or Veeva CRM)
Strong skills in stakeholder management and change management
Ability to coordinate projects involving global and local teams
A structured approach to project planning, governance, and delivery
Experience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or specialized nutrition industries will be considered a strong advantage.
