Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Demand Portfolio Project Manager to support a range of small to mid-sized IT and IT-Facilities initiatives. This role will play a critical part in coordinating delivery, driving execution, and supporting portfolio-level planning across multiple teams. One dedicated resource supporting both project execution and portfolio coordination Mid-level project management experience required with the ability to operate independently. Due to the nature of the work-US Citizenship required

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate activities across software, infrastructure, and IT-Facilities initiatives
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
  • Track progress, risks, and issues while providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Oversee procurement and installation of IT hardware, software, and services
  • Serve as a central point of communication between IT teams, Facilities, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and budget
  • Support demand intake, prioritization, and planning across delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate project and portfolio data within internal systems
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture project inputs, benefits, and priorities
  • Support Agile delivery processes and cross-team coordination
  • Assist with planning cycles and execution activities
  • Coordinate testing efforts and readiness for releases
  • Provide reporting and communication to leadership and portfolio stakeholders
  • Project plans, schedules, and integrated timelines
  • Updated project tracking tools and portfolio dashboards
