Open up opportunities with HPE.\n\nJob Description:\n\nJob Family Definition:\nLeads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManages customer project delivery.\nManages project financials including P&L.\nMeets or exceeds approved budgets.\nProvides reliable financial forecasts to the management.\nManages business development.\nIdentifies and develops new opportunities with client.\nSupports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities.\nActs as opportunity manager for high risk deals.\nManages client relationships.\nManages upper level client delivery relationships.\nFrequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.\nManages project team.\nManages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 40 people.\nMentors and encourages skill development of project team members.\nProvides detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members.\n\nEducation and Experience Required:\nFirst Level University degree (Engineering, Computer Science,...).\n7 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses.\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\nDemonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.\nSpeaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.\nMakes use of and contributes to the company's PM Professions community.\nPMP Certified.\nNative Spanish and fluent English.\n\nAdditional Skills:\nAccountability, Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Bias, Business Growth, Change Management, Client Expectations Management, Coaching, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Centric Solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Design Thinking, Empathy, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity, Process Improvements, Project and Program Management (Inactive), Project Management Office (PMO), Project Management Tools {+ 5 more}
