It Project Manager

• Lient communication & consulting: Understand client needs and translate them into clear project plans and delivery expectations
• Provide guidance on scope, approach, timelines, and delivery best practices
• Maintain professional, proactive communication with stakeholders
• Project management & delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects end-to-end
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestone reporting
• Coordinate resources and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Stakeholder management: Work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and technical leads
• Manage expectations, resolve issues, and escalate risks when needed
• Reporting & documentation: Prepare status updates, progress reports, and project documentation
• Maintain issue/risk logs and ensure follow-up actions are tracked
• Collaboration & alignment: Ensure teams are aligned on requirements, priorities, and delivery progress
• Support iterative delivery and continuous improvements where applicable

• Minimum 3–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (or equivalent delivery role)
• Strong communication skills in English (client-facing
• able to present clearly and write concisely)
• Proven experience managing IT projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, timelines, scope, and risk management
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while maintaining strong engagement
• Experience with common project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar) is preferred.
