Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the integration of a new brand acquisition within the Products Division. This is a long-term contract position based in Troy, Michigan, offering a hybrid work environment with three days in the office each week. The role requires a skilled individual who can manage global projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to scope and budget requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and scopes, using ServiceNOW or equivalent tools
  • Coordinate across global and local teams to ensure seamless integration of the brand acquisition into various business and IT functions
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders from operations, supply chain, finance, IT, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, and eCommerce
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership summarizing project progress, challenges, and strategic solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with governance processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and business challenges effectively
  • Document all project phases meticulously to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
  • Monitor progress and prioritize tasks to meet overarching project objectives within established timelines
  • Support stakeholders in aligning strategies and approvals between global and local leadership checkpoints
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, for efficient communication and project documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with global project exposure
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNOW for timeline management, demand creation, and ticketing
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting project phases
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify risks and implement solutions promptly
  • Experience in managing eCommerce, retail systems, and omnichannel workstreams
