Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology or similar
5-8 years of experience in Project Management in IT field
Strong knowledge of project management tools including schedules, communication plans, risk plans, resource plans, scope & change management tools, action item trackers, and project plans
Excellent facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution skills, and cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to network with different functional areas
Good planning ability, critical thinking along with dexterity on usage of tools such as MS office, Visio, MS project and other project management tools

Minimum of three projects as the project manager accountable for end to end software development lifecycle management in which each project had defined phases for initiation, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operations
Minimum of one completed project as a project manager implementing an integrated eligibility system program, integrating the service offerings of Public Assistance (TANF and state equivalents), SNAP, HEAP, and Child Care into a single integrated eligibility system inclusive of eligibility, case management and financial management functionality
