The Digital division focuses exclusively on the IT sector, offering unique opportunities for professional development. We are looking for an IT Project Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead cross-functional projects within the banking domain, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance, and technology architecture
  • Manage project lifecycle activities: scope, resource planning, timelines, risk assessment, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure technical solutions meet financial and operational needs
  • Oversee vendor and third-party management, ensuring deliverables and budgets are met
  • Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and steering committee materials
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively
  • Drive continuous improvement in project governance, agile/hybrid delivery models, and cross-team collaboration
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory and security standards relevant to the financial industry
  • Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude in problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors
  • Proven track record in technology-driven initiatives (e.g., system integrations, digital banking platforms, data migrations, or core banking implementations)
  • Solid understanding of financial products and operational processes
  • Strong technical acumen — ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with developers
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (business analysts, developers, testers, external vendors)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops)
  • Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid / PM² / PRINCE2 / PMP methodologies
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • High resilience and perseverance in solving complex problems
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with core banking systems, payment systems, or credit platforms
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting systems, or regulatory compliance (e.g., PSD2)
  • Technical background (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field)
