IT Project Manager

• Oversee complex technology projects from initiation to completion
• Lead the Program Management team in establishing and refining processes, methodologies, and working practices tailored to team needs
• Engage with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers to lead communication efforts
• Prepare and conduct critical IT-related meetings, such as program management reviews, steering committees, and escalation meetings
• Anticipate potential issues, blockages, or constraints in critical paths and collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to address them
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills in client-facing project scenarios

• +5 years of professional experience
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments
• Adept at working directly with senior leadership and executive management
• Relevant experience leading international-scale programs with multiple project teams across various countries and time zones
• Comfortable in multicultural, international settings
• Can adapt to changing priorities smoothly
• Hold certifications in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, such as Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2
