Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a complex business environment
  • Proven experience leading software, application, integration, or business systems projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fleet management platforms, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party implementations
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification
