Job Description:

A leader in the automotive industry is looking for a strategic and tech-savvy IT Project Manager to lead their digital transformation initiatives! In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring that the company's internal processes are automated, efficient, and aligned with the high standards of the group's brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of internal digital projects, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and user training
  • Act as the primary architect for optimizing business workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify pain points and translate them into technical project specifications
  • Manage relationships and project timelines with external IT vendors and the Groups global IT partners
  • Oversee the development of advanced dashboards in Power BI to provide actionable insights for the management team
  • Establish and document IT project management procedures, best practices, and system architectures
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools through effective communication and internal workshops

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related Engineering field
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably focused on Digital Transformation or Low-Code/No-Code implementations
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail in technical documentation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate / Functional Consultant
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems within the automotive or retail distribution sector
  • Experience in 2nd-level support or basic scripting (PowerShell) that allows for better technical oversight
  • Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
  • 3-5+ years of experience
